By accepting this invite, you agree and acknowledge that you have consented to being featured in any videographic/ photographic content (“Content”) produced and/ or shot for the Billion Dollar Boy x FiveTwoNine 'The Great Unlearn: Cannes Lions Chats' Campaign by Billion Dollar Boy Limited (“Company”), and/ or FiveTwoNine ("Brand"), and you hereby grant the following rights and permissions to Company and Brand (collectively, the “Permitted Parties”):

• a non-exclusive, fully paid-up and royalty-free, freely sublicensable, and transferable right and licence for the Permitted Parties (as relevant) to use any photographic image(s) and/ or video(s) of you or in which you may be featured (including, as relevant, your likeness, voice, performance, name or other indicia of your identity, in whole or in part) that are encompassed by and/ or may appear in the Content

• on any medium/ media (whether digital or non-digital, online or offline, organic or paid) now known or hereafter to come into existence (including but not limited to any of the Permitted Parties’ owned-and-operated social media channels, websites, email marketing, electronic newsletters & all forms of online and offline PR and publicity, including but not limited to press releases (online and offline), press kits and other materials), throughout the universe, in perpetuity.

You hereby also waive all moral rights pertaining to any such Content.
