1. How to Participate

1.1 To enter this promotion, participants must complete the FiveTwoNine creator research survey at [SURVEY LINK] and provide the information requested.

1.2 All entries must include a valid email address and any other information requested as part of the survey.

1.3 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, contain inaccurate information or otherwise do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be void and will not be entered into the prize draw.

1.4 You may only submit one entry to this promotion.

2. Start Date

This promotion will start at 10AM BST on the 18th September 2026.

3. Closing Date

The closing date for this promotion will be 11:59 PM BST on the 2nd October 2026. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into the prize draw.

4. Selection of the Winner(s)

4.1 Four (4) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received from the Start Date until the Closing Date.

4.2 The promoter's decision regarding the winner(s) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize consists of one (1) Hotelgift voucher per winner, each with a value of £750 (or the € / Euro equivalent). 

5.2 There is no alternative prize.

5.3 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.

6. Restrictions and Requirements

6.1 Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

6.2 The promotion is open to online content creators currently residing in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Poland, Greece, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden only.

6.3 Employees of the promoter, its associated companies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this promotion.

6.4 The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Notification of the Results

7.1 The promoter will notify the winner(s) after the Closing Date by email on or before the 9th October 2026

7.2 Each winner must respond to the notification within 3 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.3 Each winner will receive the prize within 10 days of confirming their eligibility and providing any information reasonably required by the promoter to fulfil the prize.

8. Publicity and Personal Information

Participants' personal information will be used to administer this promotion, including to process entries, select and contact the winner and fulfil the prize. Personal information will be processed in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy.

8.1 Information submitted as part of the survey may also be used by the promoter for the purposes of conducting and reporting on its research into creators' experiences and preferences relating to long-term brand partnerships.

8.2 Survey responses may be used in aggregated or anonymised form in FiveTwoNine's editorial content, research, reports, social media and other communications relating to the research.

8.3 The name and county of the winner may be published on the promoter's website or social media channels in accordance with applicable law.

9. General

9.1 This promotion is operated by Billion Dollar Boy Limited, trading as FiveTwoNine, Bedford House, 1st Floor, 21a John Street, London, England, WC1N 2BF.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit or exclude the promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.

9.3 The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms and Conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.

9.4 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

9.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram or Facebook. By entering this promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram and Facebook from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
