1. How to participate

1.1 In order to enter this promotion, go to this page and fill out the form by entering the information requested.

1.2 All entries must include all the requested information, including your full name and email address.

1.3 You may only submit one entry to this promotion. 

1.4 Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

1.5 No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.  A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Start date

This promotion will start on 11th September 2025.

3. Closing date

The closing date for this promotion will be 9AM BST on 24th September 2025. Entries received by the Company after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

4. Selection of the winner

4.1 10 recipients to be selected by the Company.

4.2 The Company reserves all rights under these terms and conditions and has sole discretion over selection of the winners, and has the right to accept or reject any person without explanation.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize is 1 of 10 tickets to the CreatorFest Europe (23rd October 2025), 1 per winner.

5.2 There is no alternative prize.

5.3 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.

6. Restrictions and requirements

6.1 Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: 

6.1.1 this promotion is void where prohibited by law, in Rhode Island and outside the United Kingdom or the fifty (50) United States (and. D.C.);

6.1.2 applicants must be 18+ years of age to participate, or the applicable minimum age required by law, as prescribed by various states in the United States; and

6.1.3 winner(s) must be available to attend CreatorFest event on the 23rd October 2025 and fund their own travel, subsistence, accommodation and expenses to, during and from CreatorFest event on this date.

7. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

7.1 The Company will notify the winner(s) by email on or before 1st October 2025.

7.2 Each winner will receive a code to redeem their CreatorFest ticket on or before 5th October 2025.

7.3 Winners are required to provide all necessary information for the CreatorFest ticket in order to receive it.

7.4 The Company reserves the right to offer the CreatorFest tickets to another person should all the required information not be provided by each winner before 20th October 2025.

8. Publicity and personal information

8.1 Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 8.2 below. Please see the Company’s privacy policy for more details regarding how the Company will use your personal information.

8.2 The name and social media handle of each winner will be announced through the Company’s marketing channels.

8.3 If you do not want to be included on the list of winners referred to above, please email mail@fivetwonine.com prior to the closing date of the promotion.

8.4 If you are selected as a winner, you may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion. 

8.5 Should you be selected as a winner of the prize, you agree to the use of your social media handles, image and biographical information for marketing purposes. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 

9. General

9.1 This promotion is operated by Billion Dollar Boy Limited, company number 08031315  with registered address at Bedford House 1st Floor, 21a John Street, London, England, WC1N 2BF, trading as FiveTwoNine (the “Company”).

9.2 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the Company’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Company will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Company or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.

9.3 The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.

9.4 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
